• You have 7 days from delivery to let us know if you want to return something.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging.
• Please note:
  ✨ Custom or personalized items can’t be returned (unless there’s a defect).

🚚 What about damaged or wrong items?

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll send you a replacement or refund — your choice — at no extra cost!

📦 Who pays for return shipping?

• You’re responsible for return shipping, unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong.
• We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn’t get lost.

💸 How long for my refund?

• Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method.
